Simple Homemade Ginger Remedy for Inflammation, Pain and Migraines

- 1 cup of peeled, ground ginger root
- 2 cups of purified water
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey
- Sparking water
- Boil the purified water and then add ginger. Once you add the spice, reduce the heat to low to medium and continue cooking for five more minutes. Next, remove the boiling water and ginger from heat and strain it.
- Combine one part of the ginger syrup with three parts of sparking water. Add one teaspoon of raw honey and lime juice for taste.
